Please contact us by email at wallcoveringsmart@gmail.com if you want to return your order. Please do not ship your order back to us without authorization from us, as we can not accept not qualifying orders for return and will not be able to ship it back to you or issue a refund for such orders. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your package. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Wallcoverings Mart will process a credit to your original payment method. A 20%-30% re-stocking fee will be applied. You must follow the Wallcoverings Mart return procedure below to receive credit. Wallpaper samples may not be returned for any reason.

Defective Merchandise
Wallcoverings Mart will replace merchandise due to manufacturing defects. If shipping damage will occur we will open or assist you in opening a claim with the carrier by providing all information that will be needed from our side.  There is no re-stocking fee for defective merchandise, and return shipping charges will be waived.

Please, ensure quantities being returned match quantities being sent back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item back. Please include in your return package, a copy of your original receipt and/or your order number. When we have received your merchandise in unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card within 7-10 business days. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a refund. Please, note that wallpaper needs to be in the unused condition only! Samples are not eligible for returns. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at wallcoveringsmart@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, items that are on sale can not be returned. 

Backorders and Discontinued items

It rarely happens, but sometimes the manufacturer of the wallpaper that you have ordered may have that pattern on backorder or may discontinue it. We try to keep all items in stock for you at our warehouse, but sometimes we may not have it. Please understand that we do our best, but if that happens we may not be able to ship items ASAP as it is out of our control. We in that case will notify you of the delays or discontinued items ASAP when we hear back from the manufacturer. Wallcoverings Mart recommends that you always wait until you receive your full order and only then schedule the installation with the wallpaper installer.
